Digital Video Gait Analysis (DVGA)

DVGA permits the study of abnormal movements of muscles as well as the joints while the body is in motion. The dynamic video is played back in slow motion to analyze gait patterns.

Tekscan Pressure Sensor System:

• Visually shows pressure profiles of normal, flat and high arch feet for comparison
• Displays 2D and 3D pressure profiles
• Records foot type and regions of high pressure
• Displays percentage of weight distribution when standing (left vs. right foot and forefoot vs. rearfoot)
• Shows foot measurement
• Displays center of foot progression while in motion
• Measures foot pressure distribution in both motion and in stationary positions
