Asad Khan obtained his license as a Certified Pedorthist from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics. As part of his practical experience, Asad logged over 3000 clinical hours with renowned Chiropodist, Dr. Deborah Dunphy. With over a decade of experience as a Pedorthist, Asad’s area of expertise include correcting various lower limb dysfunctions through bracing, compression therapy, custom orthotics, and custom fitted shoes. Asad prides himself in providing an extensive foot assessment using state of the art technology (currently only used by selected institutions across Canada) to obtain insight into the patient’s pathology. The initial assessment, designed to go beyond a traditional “step into the box”, would typically include the following:
  1. Traditional clinical diagnosis to understand the entire physiological condition of the patient
  2. Digital Video Gait Analysis – dynamically captures gait patterns
  3. Presto Scan – analyzes pressure, balance and foot types in movement and in stationary stance
  4. 3D Laser Scanning – includes a comprehensive scan of your foot to truly create “custom” orthotics

Giovanni has been practicing as a registered massage therapist for 12 years. He has been privileged to work on amateur and professional athletes as well as the general public.

On a personal level he spent 20 seasons as a Semiprofessional soccer player in Canada, 6 years with the Canadian National Futsal Team traveling all across South America playing international tournaments and a Futsal World Cup in Argentina. As a 16 year old Giovanni spent a year playing soccer in Italy and afterwards in his 20’s he spent 6 months in Uruguay playing in the First Division. Nowadays Giovanni very lucky to have my amazing family, my beautiful wife Veronica,my two beautiful daughters Ysabella and Catia.

Sherry Stewart, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Sherry is a graduate of Canadian College Of Massage & Hydrotherapy (2000) and Trillium College (2019). Every patient's needs vary and Sherry's approach is to customize treatment plans through health history, Orthopedic testing and communication. She has been a fitness instructor for Trainer over 28 years. Sherry has always led a very athletic lifestyle, with weightlifting and Pilates at the top of her list of favourites.

Sherry returned to Massage therapy after several MVAs caused by distracted drivers, resulting in a serious rotator cuff tear that resulted in surgery and whiplash. With the application of her own knowledge, hard work and some amazing therapists, Sherry was able to fully recover. This experience brought her back to massage therapy. Thus, Sherry attended a fast track program and the rest was history. Sherry realized she needed to help others to improve function, decrease pain and stress, with the overall goal of a healthier, stronger self.

Pooja is a university trained physiotherapist licensed and regulated health practitioner with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Pooja’s approach to physiotherapy treated is guided by a patient centric philosophy. She integrates manual techniques with proven modalities. With her extensive background in treating a number of pathologies such as TMJ, vertigo, orthopedic deficiencies and post operative care. Pooja brings with her a broad skill set in patient care. Along with specialized certification in treating TMJ, Pooja is a certified medical acupuncturist.  In her free time, Pooja enjoys spending time with her family.
